Caramel Apple Parfait

A simple delicious breakfast is a must on most days especially when you are in a rush. So why not have this healthy parfait. Let’s get started.

What do you need for parfait:

1 Medium Granny Apple

So Delicious Yogurt (Vanilla)

Homemade Caramel

I started off making vegan caramel sauce.

Caramel Recipe


1 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup vegan butter

1/4 cup vanilla almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prep 5m| cook 5 m | ready 10m

Boil brown sugar, butter, and milk. Cook until thickened for about2 minutes. Remove from heat

Add vanilla extract

Parfait Steps

Cut one medium granny apple in small chunks.

Start layering with apples first (half)



Top with Apples

Ready to eat
