I love Cauiflowers and Mushrooms when they are fried. It is like chicken all over again. The taste is immaculate. When I am in a spot where I just don’t know what I want to eat my go to is usually mushrooms, colorful bell peppers, onions, and noodles. This time I tried something totally different which were the cauiflowers. I wanted to have tacos and thought how it would be great to have cauiflower tacos with a touch of homemade gucomole creme. The recipe is simple and straight to the point. If you are plant based or just want to eat plant based for a day this is the perfect recipe for you.
Fried Buffalo Cauiflower Recipe
- 1 cup flour
- 1cup rice milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic power
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion season
- 1/4 teaspoon cajun season
- 1/4 cilantro season
- half a bag of cauliflower florets (small bag)
- gluten free flour tortillas
- Medium Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
Heat Oil on stove top to fry cauliflower
Mix Flour, milk, salt, pepper, onion season, cajun season, and cilantro season together.
Toss cauliflower in mixture to coat.
Place on parchment baking sheet.
Bake in over for 15 mintues and fry for 10 minutes
Afterwards drizzle your buffalo wing sauce on top
