Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

It is a cool cloudy day in Georgia. What better to have than vegan sun-dried tomato pasta. I put together a simply and quick recipe for this comfort food meal. It is as simply as 123. Then I created another meal on the side from this one for my girls. I add chicken breast to theirs which made it vegetarian.

Vegan Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Recipe:

~Ingredients~

*Linguine noodles ( you can use gluten free, wheat, or regular noodles) it is your choice

*Sundried Tomatos in herb juice

*onion seasoning

*garlic powder

*garlic salt

*olive oil

*sea salt

*pepper

*yeast

*mushrooms

Chicken pasta only

*white cooking wine

*Italian Season

*parmesan Cheese

~I never measure when I am testing something out I want to make, so I do not have measurements. I am creating recipes for my self care book series that will launch soon. Measurements will be listed then~ Enjoy

Combining Ingredients:

*Boil noodles in boiling salt and olive oil water.

*Separate pot: pour a little olive oil to sizzle and sauté mushrooms

*add sun-dried tomatoes to mushrooms once the mushrooms have whizzed to your liking.

*pour water off of noodles. Do not wash noodles off. Add them to mushrooms and tomatoes mixture. Season with seasonings to your liking.

Chicken Sun-Dried Tomatoes Pasta

Free Range Chicken Breasts Add on:

Season boneless chicken breast with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Grated Parmesan Cheese.

Add all this to a teaspoon of olive oil until fully cooked.

Pour a little white cooking wine

Added sun-dried tomato pasta to chicken.

There we have it a vegan meal for me and a vegetarian meal for my girls!
